Fantastic place to buy some food when in a hurry. Their service is efficient, pricing is convenient, great mood. I highly recommend this spot.

Just Good food, we will return for sureWe ordered Kung pao chicken, minced beef fried rice, house special short rib and deep fry squids with spicy salt. They were all good. The Kung pao chicken was the best. The service was average but not bad. Free parking in the back lot. We definitely plan to return.

This place has a wide selection of Chinese food, individual plate or family style. Lots of pictures on the menu in case you don't know what you are ordering. You can also order their party tray 24 hours in advance.

Tasty Garden is one of the better restaurants in Alhambra. Food is really good. More gourmet than authentic. Price is slightly higher than average. Small restaurant, so seating is limited and long wait times are to be expected. Try to get there before the crowd.

I went with a group of friends who suggested this place. The food was ok, not great. I like spicy food, and so I ordered the spicy beef with noodle dish. The food wasn't anywhere near spicy. The other dishes were equally underwhelming.

Poor service, smaller portion comparing other cafes. We ordered iced coffees but one came in 10 minutes, the other came when we almost finished all the food while we kept telling them. No apologies for bringing the drink so late.

There is a dumpster right behind the rear entrance so there are flies inside the restaurant during the Summer time. Otherwise, the food is pretty good. There was a long wait in the old days but not as bad after the expansion several years ago.

Having those late night cravings LoL Stoped by Tasty Garden to get my Chinese food fix. They have so many options no the menu that I couldn't decide on what to eat. My eyes are always bigger than my stomach but I don't regret ordering what I did. This visit I tried three different plates (see photos) and all three were delicious. Most of the plates seem to be family style or at least mine were (Sharing is optional) and all plates were very affordable #Winning Walking in I was immediately greeted, seating, and was served my drink. I looked over the menu and placed my order. I love the fact that it all my food came out together and within minutes because I was Hangry (Mad & Hungry) LoL Parking was a breeze, yes it's a double parking structure but always seems to be busy.

I didn't realize the portions were going to be so comparable we would have preferred less! Service was typical of a busy Asian restaurant. Food was spectacular, free refills on the most delicious iced lemon tea (like sweet tea!) Though there should be a free (GASP!) dessert if you spend over $120. Would definitely come back though!

Must try the mixed fruit drink! Very refreshing on a hot summer day. Food is good and the service is fast. Be aware of long line. They also have other locations nearby.

Don't be fooled by the residual signage outside. As of 4/1/2019 (unconfirmed date) this is no longer Tasty Garden. It is now Mr. Yuet. Food doesn't taste like Cantonese HK Style cafe food (no wok-hay) even if the menu remains similar. Waitresses speak Mandarin to each other and some do not even understand Canto.

I tried this place in the past with a friend and I am addicted ever since. I liked the excellent atmosphere and fresh dishes and beverages. Keep up the good work.

They have a large selection of dishes and they're all pretty tasty. If you want walnut shrimp, chow mien, salt and pepper pork chops, this is a great place! Free refills on a number of drinks/teas. Make sure to ask! Great for group meals so you can do family style sharing.

This place has excellent service as well as delicious menu. The best place in the area. The meals came out fast and the rates were affordable. Recommended.

Definitely not a place to take a date as the interior is dull and old except for the beautiful red goldfish swimming in the tank but if it's good food your seeking, this is the place. This is a chain restaurant and this location is the second one I tried and both are excellent (Irvine). Give it a try and you'll be happy that you did

One of the bigger places, its a nice Asian vibe to it versus its sister location. They have the same exact menu and variety of food, so that was appreciated. The parking is not as easy since its street.

We stumble upon this restaurant coz me and my friends got hungry in the middle of the night. It's a good late night place to eat. It's pretty good Asian food and the price is reasonable. My other friend who was not in the mood for Asian food had a club sandwich and he said it's pretty good.

If you want authentic (and yummy) Chinese food, go to Tasty Garden. They serve traditional, home-cooked style Chinese dishes that would satisfy any palette - Chinese or non-Chinese. Oftentimes, you'll see long lines during lunch on weekends. It only proves that they are good at what they do. Parking is available in the back lot, which can get pretty packed. Otherwise, ample free street parking is available.

I thought this place was okay. I did like the rib eye with mushroom was really good though. It's just your typical Chinese place with fried rice, fried noodles, veggies, meat dishes. I'm kinda glad I didn't have to pay. There's tons of food on the menu but I usually stick with the basics since that's what I'm used to. I don't get too adventurous when I eat Chinese food because I basically have that every day. The price is moderate and you do get a good amount of food. It gets pretty busy but I usually dig the small hole in the wall places.

Always go here for dinner. Pretty good and decent. I like their honey walnut shrimp and sweet and sour fish.

So good! Get their lamb pot and cold chicken feet. No complaints at all!

Their tea time (2pm - 5pm) menu is very affordable.

While the food is tasty, my once-fave dish was so poorly made. The oil used to deep-fry the tofu must have been re-used way too many times. The tofu was bitter on the outside and almost into the soft inside. Such a disappointment. I don't think I am ever coming back.

Have been comming here for a long time. Great place to get Hong Kong milk tea and other finger food. Open late and resonable food prices.

Once you ordered the food. Either dine in or to go. After 25 min if you still don't see your food ready... They could already forgot your order. Make sure you have to ask them again or they will let you seat there and wait forever without checking or asking you again...We even came to the register to ask the guy Who wearing the Nice Shirt with the tie on probably the Manager there to let him know we already ordered the food for like half an hour ago... All he responded to us just said "Ok" then... Nothing happens next until we had to ask another waiter. Then this waiter was ice enough to say "Sorry... sorry. I will check now!" Then another 15 min our food were Finally Ready.

Delicious and one of the best Chinese food I ever had in LA. Kudos to Mr Yuet.

WORST PLACE EVER!! We ordered food, and we get the wrong food. Is it really that hard to understand? We waited for so long and they can’t get our order right! Mind as well shut down this place! SHUT IT DOWN!!!

Very tasty Chinese cuisine compared to other Chinese restaurants. Prices are reasonable. Quantity is good. Will recommend this restaurant location to others.

As advertised in their name, the food here is very tasty. Our favorite is the stir fried green beans and the honey walnut shrimp. The green beans are always fresh, crunchy, and we'll seasoned. The honey walnut shrimp are plump and coated with a thin crispy batter. They are coated with just enough mayonnaise sauce to complement the shrimp without being overpowering. I only knock off a star because the portions seem small for the price (especially for lunchtime).
